Types: Composition, Credit
About the Project
re:mind was my fourth year thesis I co-created and co-directed with Winnie Wu. A combination of my Music major and Theatre minor, we created a show that demonstrates how our brain reacts to trauma through the use of physical theatre and music. The soundtrack for re:mind consisted of a piano, violin, electric bass and beatboxing flute. Below you will find a recording of one of the pieces written for beatboxing flute.
My Role
Along with co-creating the narrative and directing the movements, I composed the entire soundtrack and rehearsed all songs with musicians. During performances I conducted and played in the band.
