About the Project
DNA: Daddy’s Not Around (2021) is a short film by Carlene Daley. DNA is set in the late 1970s in a marginalized community in Canada. It tells the story of Meaghan and Nathaniel as they navigate young parenthood and keeping their family together against immense odds.
